Nan is a passionate dementia care volunteer, advocate and founder of passion project My Dementia Companion, Board Director at Caladenia Dementia Care and Care Connect. His pro-bono work in improving dementia care is in addition to a demanding full-time job at a global pharmaceutical company, where he leads the commercial excellence function for Australia and New Zealand.
