Sarah Oakey

Hammondcare

Sarah is a HammondCare Pastoral Care Manager supporting the Central Coast and Hunter Residential care sites. She has worked in both residential and community pastoral care for thirteen years, joining HammondCare in 2017. Sarah has a Bachelor of Theology from SMBC and Bachelor of Dementia Care from UTAS. Sarah has a passion for pastorally caring for our elderly, their families and our staff, and is often joined by her chocolate Labrador, Calle. Prior to this, Sarah worked as a Chef and ESL teacher. Sarah sees HammondCare’s mission as reflective of her faith and trust in Jesus that she has sought to share in all these roles.
